General Scenery

"Giant Sequoia Trees"
I visited California's Pfeifer State Park in Big Sur California in Oct of 2005.  These giant sequoia trees are so magnificent.  There are several areas throughout California where these trees grow, but each time you experience one of these groves it really takes your breath away.  It's really amazing the age of each of these trees. It's difficult to capture a photo that really communicates the extreme diameter and towering heights.
