"Leadbetter Beach"
I took this aerial photo on approach to the Santa Barbara airport on the afternoon of Dec. 27th.  It was such an incredibly windy day.  I think the winds gusted up to over 50 mph.  You can see the surf at Leadbetter Beach is quite big.
