"Minnesota Dusted with Snow"

On a trip home to Minnesota, I was lucky enough to experience the first decent snowfall of the year on December 21st.  It rained all morning and in the afternoon the brown bare ground became quickly covered in a pristine blanket of fluffy white snow. I took this shot along Theodore Wirth Parkway in Minneapolis as the snow was still falling.  The trees have a gorgeous blanket of white snow, almost as if they had been painted.
