"Sandpipers on Silver Sand"
  Typical scene here on the California Coast.  Birds feeding on tiny sandcrabs as the waves wash in over the beach.   This photo was taken into the sun which produces a great silhouette effect.  I love how the foam on the wet sand looks like silvery snow.
