Surfer kicking up a big spray on a decent wave at Devereux Beach in Isla Vista, California, near the campus of UCSB.  This surfing area is just off of Coal Oil Point.  Photo taken near the end of the day as the sun was just starting to set in the sky.  You can see Santa Cruz Island off in the distance
