I don't know what it is about these windmills that fascinates me so, but I am always drawn to them.  These windmills dot the pastures and fields of the Santa Ynez Valley.  I believe the windmills are used to pump water from the ground into the adjacent holding tanks.  I have a feeling they won't be around for long, so these images might be very rare someday.
