A blustery day on the Pacific Ocean near Devereux Beach in Isla Vista, California.  I was able to get a few shots of three windsurfers as they surfed the coastline just off of Coal Oil Point.  In this photo the surfer looks so tiny compared to the vast ocean.  The sail reminded me of a dragon fly wing.  The windsurfer looked so fragile and vulerable out on the open rough sea.
